Limb Beaver recently returned from three busy days at the 2026 Farm Progress Show in Boone, Iowa, where we had the opportunity to meet farmers, landowners, equipment dealers, contractors, and agricultural professionals from across the country.
Held September 1–3, the Farm Progress Show once again brought the agricultural industry together to see new equipment, compare technologies, watch machinery at work, and talk directly with the people behind the products.
For Limb Beaver, it was an opportunity to do what we enjoy most: talk with operators about the work they need to get done and show them better ways to tackle vegetation management.
A Strong Showing for Agriculture
The 2026 Farm Progress Show brought nearly 600 exhibitors to Boone and drew strong crowds throughout the three-day event. This year’s show featured new equipment introductions, field demonstrations, research-grade agronomy plots, the new Drone Zone, and innovations from across the agricultural industry.
Perhaps most encouraging was the level of interest from farmers despite continued pressure from commodity prices and high input costs. Producers came to Boone looking for practical ways to improve efficiency, control operating costs, and get more productivity from their equipment.
Those conversations made the Farm Progress Show an especially good fit for Limb Beaver.
Getting More From the Equipment You Already Own
Farm equipment represents a major investment, so finding ways to make existing tractors, skid steers, loaders, and excavators more versatile can have a real impact on the bottom line.
That’s exactly what Limb Beaver attachments are designed to do.
Throughout the show, we had the opportunity to introduce visitors to vegetation management solutions for the work that happens around the field as well as in it—from trimming overhanging limbs and cleaning up fence rows to maintaining access roads, controlling brush, and reclaiming overgrown acreage.
Instead of adding another dedicated machine to the fleet, a Limb Beaver attachment can turn equipment you already own into a powerful tool for year-round property maintenance.
Plenty to Talk About at the Limb Beaver Booth
The Farm Progress Show is about more than looking at machinery. It’s a chance to talk directly with farmers and operators about the problems they encounter every day.
Visitors to the Limb Beaver booth were able to learn more about our expanding lineup of American-made tree trimming, brush cutting, and mulching attachments and discuss which models best match their equipment and applications.
Those one-on-one conversations are one of the biggest reasons we attend events like Farm Progress. Specs can tell you what an attachment is capable of, but talking about a particular tractor, hydraulic setup, fence row, field edge, hunting property, or clearing job helps determine which solution makes the most sense in the real world.
And we always learn something from those conversations, too.
Efficiency Was the Word of the Week
Across the show, one message came through loud and clear: operators are looking for equipment that earns its place in the fleet.
With operating costs under scrutiny, farmers are paying close attention to productivity, versatility, maintenance requirements, and return on investment. Equipment that allows one operator to accomplish more work—or enables an existing machine to take on additional jobs—has real value.
That philosophy has been part of Limb Beaver from the beginning.
Our attachments are designed to help operators replace slow, labor-intensive vegetation management methods with efficient hydraulic cutting from the safety of the cab. Whether the job calls for precise limb trimming or aggressive brush and land clearing, the goal is the same: get more work done in less time with the equipment you already have.
Thank You, Boone!
We want to thank everyone who stopped by the Limb Beaver booth, asked questions, talked equipment, and shared their experiences with us during the 2026 Farm Progress Show.
Events like this remind us that some of the best ideas in agriculture still begin with a simple conversation between people who understand what it takes to get the job done.
We enjoyed meeting so many of you in Boone, and we’re already looking forward to the next opportunity to get Limb Beaver equipment in front of the people who put it to work.
Thank you for making the 2026 Farm Progress Show a great one for Limb Beaver!
